ITEMYZER WEBSITE SHIPPING POLICY

Effective January 1, 2019

We are constantly looking to expand our shipping network. We ship to most countries worldwide. If you have questions or concerns about whether or not we can ship our products to your country please contact us at support@itemyzer.com. Alternatively, you can reach us by phone at (800) 484-6220. Our daytime phone hours are 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM PST.

PO Boxes

Unfortunately, Itemyzer does not ship to PO Boxes. Please use physical addresses for all orders.

Processing Time

Order verification, quality checking, and packaging. All orders are forwarded to our warehouses for dispatch within 24 hours, excluding weekends and holidays. During high demand, processing times can be extended to 2-4 business days. Otherwise, our standard processing time is 1-2 business days.

Our goal is consistently reduce shipping times. Timely delivery is important to us and we adhere to strict guidelines to ensure that your package is delivered as soon as possible. Below you’ll find a list of estimated shipping times.

Packaging

Our goal is to deliver your order as soon as possible and combining your order into one package may not always be possible. If your order contains multiple items, bear in mind they may be shipped separately.

Tracking Information

We provide our customers with valid tracking information for most products listed in our store. On rare occasions, during high demand, tracking may be unavailable. In the event that tracking is unavailable for your purchase, we’ll contact you via email with updates on the estimated time of delivery for your order.

Customs

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and/or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges will typically be due once the shipped goods arrive at the country of destination. Unfortunately, we do not cover or reimburse any customs duties or fees.

By purchasing our products you consent to cover all fees and duties imposed by the destination country. You are responsible for complying with laws and regulations of the country of destination. All taxes, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package.
