Refund Policy


Effective January 1, 2019

We happily offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for all items listed in our store. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it hassle-free. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that it was received. Simply contact us at to initiate your return. Returns cannot be made outside of the aforementioned 30-day return window.

Once an item has been shipped a refund cannot be initiated. Please wait until the item has been delivered before requesting a refund.

We require proof of purchase to honor a refund or exchange. If you provided us your information when you checked out, we will typically have a record of your purchase. Otherwise, we require a copy of your purchase receipt.

Return Process

Once you’ve initiated a return, a return label will be emailed to you.

When you’ve shipped your item back to the warehouse, we’ll track the package and inform you when we’ve received it. Bear in mind that some of our warehouses are located overseas and longer shipping times should be expected.

Upon receipt of the returned product, it will be processed and inspected.

Once your package is approved, you will receive an email that confirms your refund has been issued. At this point, please allow 4-10 business days for the reimbursement to be transferred back to your account. The amount will automatically be refunded to the same card you used when placing the order.
